REFUND POLICY

We want you to feel confident when purchasing from Prestige Jewelers. This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed.

Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of jewellery items, returns are accepted only if:

  • The item is unused and unworn

  • It is in original packaging

  • A return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or worn jewellery

  • Items showing signs of wear or damage

  • Hygiene-sensitive products such as earrings (if opened)

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refund Time
Approved refunds are processed within 2–5 business days. Banks may require additional time to complete the credit.
